Normal Temperature Inlet Air Cooling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers

Normal Temperature Inlet Air Cooling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
The compressed air will firstly enter the pre-cooling unit for preliminary cooling, then enter the heat regenerator ,exchanging heat with the returned finished air, which lower the temperature of the compressed air.The condensates will be discharged out of the machine.Later, the compressed air enters the evaporator, exchanging heat with the cooling medium to further lower the temperature of the compressed air, thus achieving the desired dew point. The compressed air is cooled step by step through pre-cooling unit, heat regenerator and evaporator, after which, the vapor in the air will be condensed into liquid drops. The liquid water will be so separated through gas-liquid separator. The dried and cooled air, through the gas-liquid separator, will be passed to another process in the heat regenerator, heated up when leaving the dryer,so as to lower the RH in the air.
Applicable industries: Typically used in industries that require the cooling and removal of moisture from compressed air. These include manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, and the power industry.
