Process indication

Process indication

Each of our high-quality adsorption dryers can achieve extremely low pressure dew points under difficult ambient conditions – even with large volume flows. It combines with the practical operation features to create more stable and reliable dryers with smart design and manufacturing, raising the customer satisfactions. "HANFILTER" desiccant dryer won several national patent with its state-of-art technology, stable running, excellent dew point performance and high stability. "General Purpose Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers" and "General Purpose Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers", Quality must never be just a promise. We practise quality at Hanfilter. In our production, each assembly cell has its own specially adapted quality control.

Stable pressure dew point performance

Stable pressure dew point performance

1. Unique desiccant ball with diameter of 3.0mm, gaining bigger activated surface area, higher absorptive ability and anti- crushing strength, longer life.

2. 30% extra desiccant volume to enlarge the working hours of the dryers, ensure a stable and excellent pressure dew point performance.

3. Excellent desiccant tower with the height-diameter ratio basic on scientific and accurate calculate. It takes less pressure drop and energy saving.

HAD Series External Heating Zero Purge Air Regeneration Adsorption Compressed Air Dryer is an advanced purification device utilizing molecular forces on the surface of porous solid substances to extract moisture from gases, achieving lower dew point temperatures and providing clean, dry air. The adsorbents used are activated alumina and molecular sieves with pore sizes similar to water molecules, applying the internationally advanced principles of variable-temperature and variable-pressure adsorption. During adsorption at room temperature, the vapor pressure of water molecules in the air exceeds that in the adsorbent, causing water molecules to enter the adsorbent and condense into water droplets on its surface, releasing condensation heat stored in the upper part of the adsorption tower. During regeneration, a Roots blower heats atmospheric air to approximately 200°C through a heater and passes it through the regeneration cylinder. This significantly reduces the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, allowing water molecules to escape. Simultaneously, the heat stored in the adsorption tower contributes to saving the power of the heater. After a certain duration, the air enters the drying tower directly through a cooler from the lower part for adsorption drying. It then enters the tower where the adsorbent was regenerated by hot air just before, further enhancing regeneration. After a specific duration, the regeneration gas is closed, and the regeneration tower is pressurized for standby. This cycle repeats continuously. The dual-tower system operates alternately, continuously delivering dry and clean compressed air. The purified air achieves a low-pressure dew point, ensuring deep drying to provide water-free, oil-free, high-purity compressed air to meet diverse gas requirements.
