The compressed air will firstly enter the pre-cooling unit for preliminary  cooling, then enter the heat regenerator  , exchanging  heat  with  the  returned  finished  air, which  lower  the  temperature of the compressed air. The condensates will be discharged out of the machine.Later, the compressed air enters  the evaporator, exchanging heat with the cooling medium to further  lower  the  temperature  of  the  compressed air, thus achieving  the desired dew point. The  vapor in the air will be condensed into liquid water, which will be separated through gas-liquid  separator. The dried cooling air going  through the gas-liquid separator will then returns to the heat  regenerator for gas-gas heat exchange, which then heated up when leaving the dryer to lower the relative temperature of the air.
